Wally is known for one thing: making safety real. Not binders. Not check-the-box training. Real systems that work in the field, where decisions actually matter.
After seeing the same gap over and over, training that looked good on paper but failed in practice, he co-founded The Safety Sherpa, a mobile platform built to deliver training in real time and give leaders clear visibility into who is trained, who understands the material, and where risk still exists.
